Here is a free 2 hour tutorial on the Fuji XT-3. This has to do with the operation of the camera only, the rest of the information will be covered on my Fuji XT3 Crash Course, updates for that course can be followed here:
Happy to announce the FUJI XT3 Crash Course is finished. I should also tell you that the buttons and controls portion of this video is already posted onto youtube which I am giving away for free. That tutorial can be found here: FUJI XT3 Tutorial Overview.
Releasing the free version of the video does a lot of great things for everyone:
1. My students can get started right away learning the camera.
2. It saves us a lot of space on the DVD, which is limited to how much space I can use. Taking 2 hours off and posting it on youtube means I can add about 2 more hours of new content, including much more video content and new tips I normally do not cover.
3. It also allows you to check out my teaching style, which may not be for everyone. I try to make it as easy as possible to learn and understand.
4. Each crash course comes with a 100% money back guarantee, so there is no risk to you. If you feel the rest of the course isn’t worth it, let us know and we will refund you. (I have less than 1% refund rate for what it is worth)
The Fuji XT3 crash course also assumes you have literally no experience shooting, so we include the basics to help get you started:
The Fuji XT3 Crash Course Lessons Include:
Photography Core
Composition Core
Lighting Core
Digital Basics Core
Planning & Trouble Shooting Core
Fuji Lens Overview & Gear/Accessories Recommendations
XT3 Deep Menu Systems
XT3 Flash & Strobe Shooting
Fuji XT3i Video Shooting and Cinematography Techniques (1+ hour)
Real-World Shooting For:
– Landscapes
– Portraits
– Sports
– VIdeo
– Strobe
and Michael’s top tips and shortcuts.
If you are interested in being notified when the course is finished, please submit your email in the comments and we will reach out to you when it is ready. I can guarantee it will save you a tremendous amount of time and trouble if this is your first camera. Michael’s FUJI XT3 Crash Course is Now Available – CLICK HERE
Literally nothing else semi interesting came out this weekend, so I decided to give A Simple Favor a shot based on the reviews.
Really good acting and technical work. Hard to even explain the genre, half comedy, part mystery, part drama, part revenge movie. Not for kids or even mature teenagers.
Probably best as a Date Night movie at theaters, solid rental if this is your type of thing.
My nephew Hinano offered to help me shoot some lessons for my upcoming course, he was GREAT. Behind him you can see my #A7iii on a Crane 2 gimbal. Even with the kit lens, what a force that pair is. IBIS in the camera, with 6k overscan, just wow. Footage looks great. I use the #a7iii now more than any other camera for video including my GH5.
Hey guys & gals – i need some help picking a title for my new project: an international course in photography.
For many years I’ve been asked for photography courses in so many different languages and I was always disappointed to say they were only in English.
I initially looked at translation services & quickly realized that it was too expensive and tedious to be practical. Then I got the crazy idea…. “what if there were no languages used…at all? No languages…no translation needed! I had many, many doubts about wether or not this was even possible, and then I learned that western-Arabic numbers are used almost universally, with the exception of a few countries. It felt like an awesome challenge, that would really push me creatively as an instructor. I’m proud to say the first draft will launch in the next week or two.
I need help with the title though: originally I thought I would call it “Universal Digital Photography” but that felt too general, and I’m considering “Universal Photography Concepts”- Which one do you think is better? Any other suggestions?
I’ll be looking for several testers if you are interested, let me know in the comments and I’ll reach out to you (free of course). Thanks in advance! UPDATE Universal Photography Concepts is finished and can be purchased here: Universal Photography Concepts – CLICK HERE
