How excited and thrilled I was to see that my oneman charity aid group #redlightning was awarded a media scholarship from #avalaunchmedia I visited their office this last week, and saw they had it up on their wall. Even feel more honored to be up there next to the Mark Forester Scholarship, which is now the Mark Forester Foundation. Mark was one of my best friends, an Air Force Combat Controller who was killed in Afghanistan in 2010. A special thank you to #avalaunch & the crew there for helping me to help others!

Unique & Limited is a team of artists interested in recreating history through extremely complicated and advanced photography. Their latest project is called Silver Arrows.
Silver Arrows were German Mercedez-Benz racing cars prominent just before WWII. They were called Silver Arrows due to their streamlined metallic appearance. Here’s a pretty fascinating behind-the-scenes look at the project and the incredible attention to detail that made it possible.
“Our project recreates the story of the Silver Arrows using memorable moments from 12 different races, highlighting details that could never have been captured with the photographic technology of the time.”
