Not sure still if this is exactly what you are needing. But the main organization that I know of is the Baptist Haiti Mission. http://www.bhm.org

Mission Aviation Services, has teams on the ground in Haiti. They have sent aid and have experience around the world. They also have three or four aircraft in Haiti. Here is a link to their site. Hope it helps..
