3 awesome movies out this weekend. I struggle to remember the last time so many good movies came out at the same time, and if this continues, as I am thinking it will, 2015 is going to go down as a GREAT year for film.

The Martian is the screen adaptation of Andy Weir’s book by the same name. I hear the book is incredible and much more science heavy. The film version however, has Matt Damon playing the astronaut in need of saving. Matt Damon is a great actor, but really, how many times can an actor have a movie made about him needing to be saved? (Interstellar, Saving Private Ryan and now the Martian). lol

Great movie. Highly recommended to see in theaters.
