This is at most a rental for adults only and not for kids or teenagers, many of you will want to skip it completely as this is more of an “art” type film, not a spy thriller. Clooney typically likes the extreme politically slanted movies and while there were such undertones, it was mostly a character story about a hitman/spy (we never learn what he is exactly) dealing with regret and hoping for a better life, which he hopes to find in a life with a local prostitute. He makes a zillion of spycraft mistakes, and I am not sure if this is intentional (him losing his edge) or bad story telling.
Beautiful cinematography and you can tell the director really poured his heart into it. Still wondering what the message was.
