There are countless lessons I learned from this man about life that I refer to daily. Drive, effort, commitment, teamwork, excellence, mental toughness, sportsmanship, risk taking etc. I feel so honored and lucky to have had him as a mentor and coach and credit Lavell in big part for who I am today. So sad to hear of his passing this am. Truly a great and kind man, quickest wit ever. You will be missed Lavell Edwards- RIP Legend!
