A cool new lighting system has hit Kickstarter. The inventors are calling it Raglite. It’s a bendable, flexible, waterproof, and virtually indestructible fabric mounted LED lighting system.

Not only are the inventors envisioning this system being extremely useful in the professions of photo and video, they also can see it’s practical application in the consumer arena for things like camping, hiking, automotive/garage, indoor gardening — even plain old home decor.

It’s super lightweight and flexible design makes it ideal for simply rolling up and taking it with you whenever you need illumination. It does not emit heat and it’s energy efficient.
