According to Nikon Rumors, Nikon is expected to release the 500 & 600mm f / 4E FL ED VR lenses within 30-60 days. They haven’t been updated since 2007. The new lenses are expected to have improvement to weight, VR, and performance that include a fluorite element coating. Learn more about fluorite coating in the video below.
