We’ve been working on this new feature for sometime as well too. Product reviews are very important when you are selling something, it gives a new potential buyer information on whether or not it was a good investment. For literally years, I’ve been getting mostly emails and posts on Facebook but only occasionally had actual reviews posted in the store.

This new feature puts the reviews front and center on my main product page. Adam has transferred some of them already, but we have like, literally hundreds of emails to go through and post. It will be a gradual thing, and while most of the reviews I get are stellar, I invite feedback about what we can do to improve what we are doing. Adam and I carefully discuss every little piece of info we get back and my customers have had a huge impact on:

– The quality of sound in the videos (recently upgraded)
– App features
– Lessons themselves
– Download Options
– Fed Ex and UPS Options
– Which Products we are reviewing or making training for.

I also wanted to point out is that these new review sections allow for your own marketing, complete with a photographers website link and image. Those of you who attended my workshops or watched my Photography Business Crash Course DVD will know the importance of leaving context sensitive hyperlinks pointing back to your website.
