Have you ever had something you knew you had to do, but for whatever reason were dreading doing it? Procrastination is a form of mental clutter and this is how I have learned to deal with it:

Before you start, tell yourself over and over “It will be super easy.”
As you are engaged in the process, tell yourself over and over “Wow…this is so easy.”
Once you complete the task, say to yourself “Dang….that was SO easy…why did I not want to do that?”

Try it out….you’ll be suprised how easy your assignments become. It isnt that the assignment is difficult, its our own attitude that paints it “difficult”. Over a period of time, you realize when you can control your attitude towards an assignment, it really does become easier.
