First of all let me say a big thank you to everyone who has helped out with the Feedback on my Iphone App. I really appreciate it. We have been working on a new App to be released very soon (in the final testing stages), and expect to an update on Photographers Contract Maker that will have many nice features added. I think now that we have seen the Copy Cat, many of you will understand why we kept this under wraps for so long….just floating the idea out there would have been dangerous, and if a programming team heard about it, we would have created competition sooner. Just surprised it happened so fast. A student told me about an article he read that said this developer “came up with the idea” all on his own…lol…wow. I’m going to focus on what I can do and when it comes down to it that’s all that matters.
My buddy Thad and I went out hiking this morning, just to get out and relax a little. I had my iPhone with me, so we decided to see if there were any Geo Caches around, and there were, so we decided to give it another shot.We had to look around, but we found it! It was pretty exciting. Made me feel like I did when I started riding a bike again after so many years, just like a kid! I know I have said this before, but if you have an iPhone and enjoy hiking/treasure hunting, this is a ton of fun.The cache we found had a notebook in it and some little trinkets, nothing too cool, but I am thinking about making my own “Maven Caches”. I travel quite a bit…well…a lot. It would be quite fun to hide these all over the US, but have some really nice treasures in there, like free Photography DVDs! 🙂
Maven Caches = SO COOL!
Wow – now that I know what I’m looking for and most of the snow is melted, I may try to find one tomorrow!
haha YESS PHOTOGRAPHY DVD CACHES!! WOOT WOOT
Geocaching is a lot of fun and rewarding with a sense of "I Found It!"
Geo Caching is truly an addictive past time. Who doesn’t want to feel like a kid again and discover something new. Great family fun! Maven Caches would be awesome. I may be on a road trip to Minnesota this summer, so leave a few between here and there 🙂
how cool Never knew there was such a thing… I will have to explore.
Thank you for this suggestion Michael- We are hooked!
