Great video Michael, good to know the break down to pin pointing the problem before sending it in. One nice thing to note before sending your product in if it is out of the manufacturer’s warranty: many may not realize it, but if you’ve purchased your camera with a Visa (or possibly other credit cards), you very likely have just doubled your warranty term – this just saved me almost $300 on a camera repair !
