I realize I am terribly behind on this project, but I AM committed to finishing- 30 more to go. Ive been finding a few here and there from Haiti and they followed the rules. One thing this picture reminds me of was how absolutely filthy we were over there. We were essentially camping for 3 weeks and had very limited access to water. Once we moved over to the clinic, we had some showers, but for the most part we couldnt use them due to water shortages, or pressure issues. I ended up taking one real shower over the 3 weeks….

I would imagine that you are really really thankful for something that we take for granted. The ability to bathe whenever we want/need to.
Nice sharp picture for using a truck mirror.
You are amazing Michael!!
Melody’s comment reminds me of a line in The Book Of Eli…we just take so much for granted. Interesting movie by the way, poor ending though :p Looking forward to seeing more of your shots Michael, this really does give a sense of the conditions.
Definitely one of the most interesting projects if ever seen. I love it. You have only 30 more to go. Keep up the amazing photography work. Natascha
