Thanks so much to Bill, Herb and Adam for a fantasic workshop yesterday in Akron, Ohio. I cant explain how awesome it is to meet everyone at each group, see their enthusiasm, have great photography discussions, help them plan their business and marketing plans, watch their photography improve over the course of the day and watch them leave excited about what they are doing. It is very rewarding. Thanks to everyone who has sacrificed to make these workshops happen, not just the hosts (all of whom have been doing an outstanding job) but also the attendees. None of this would be possible without each and every one of you. Im excited to get my slideshows together ASAP, but this wont even start to happen until next week when I get my Mac back. Ive been working on my PC again (which I havent done for like 18 months). Its slowly coming back, but I feel like I have 2 left hands.
Im starting somewhat of a crazy stretch in my schedule now, lots of driving and 4 workshops in 10 days. Today I am heading up to Arkona, Ontario area (Canada). I dont recall ever visiting Canada, so I am looking forward to it. Then we have the Louisville, Ky Workshop Monday, followed by the Minnesota workshop a few days later.
My drive today isnt too bad, just 3-4 hours. I thought I would swing by the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton before I go. 🙂
One thing I am realizing about this trip, is there is SO much to do and see and its just going to be impossible to do everything I planned. The workshops have the priority and taking time to relax a little inbetween so I can stay fresh is second. Everything else is gravy. Im about halfway done with my trip and it has been so much fun, but wow….It will be nice to slow down a little in September. In any event, I wouldnt have it any other way, I am very lucky and blessed to have the life I have. 🙂
Michael, great workshop yesterday! The amount of information packed into one day is truly astonishing. I’m very glad that I took advantage of this, and highly recommend to those of you reading this that still have a chance to attend one of these workshops to go ahead and do it.
