Ive always been a fan of these “World’s Largest” Statues. On the way to Roswell yesterday I saw the “Worlds Largest Pistachio” at this HUGE Pistachio Farm. Inside they had every flavor Pistachio you could imagine, and free samples of each flavor. Lemon-Lime were utterly mind blowing so I bought 2 bags. Wow…they are sooo good! On my way to the UFO Museum this morning, hopefully they can direct me to the actual location of the Crash Site, something Ive always wanted to check out. After that, a nice 9 hour drive to San Antonio for The Alamo! 🙂

Hmmmm….you don’t have giant white wings hidden under your clothes do you… Michael???
Now this is getting to be fun. I laughed when I saw the giant statue. That is great!
Hehehe, good one!
You should go to white sands if you have time, but make sure you take some really good sunglasses, you will go blind…and ground zero for the first atomic bomb explosion…AND Carlsbad Caverns, they are AMAZING…yeah, I could tell you a number of places to go in NM, it’s a great place to visit in my mind…
I LOVE pistachios…..can I get these flavored ones online?
Hysterical! A friend of mine was just sharing photos from a recent trip yesterday, and this thing was in it! Too funny. Who knew people would flock to see this thing?

I am the friend Scott was speaking to, and this is simply too funny. I stopped at this place, just outside of Alamogordo, NM, and saw this humungous pistachio, and had to have a picture of it. I thought the green chile pistachios were the best of the pistachios, but the pistachio brittles, both plain and chile flavored, were to die for! How fun is this!
Wow how random is that? I am ashamed to admit I ate all of them by the next day. They were extremely addicting. Ill be ordering more from them….so good!
