Ive had the 60D sitting in a box here for the last 2 weeks and just had a chance yesterday to open it and to do some shoots today. I am a little surprised at how few quality models there seem to be here (I am sure I will find more), but my understanding is most of them are on Oahu. I was super lucky to find Danielle who was able to help us out on very short notice.
So far I am really liking the 60D…it’s impressive. The monitor clarity is outstanding and I love the swivel feature. It feels both lighter and wider in the grip than a 50D or a 7D. Im loving the manual audio levels and the built-in transmitter. Grabbed some shots and video clips today and I believe we will be in full swing on the 60D Crash Course Production on Monday. Danielle will be helping us with the Live-View focusing chapter.
Both of these images are straight out of the camera, with no adjustments in PS:
Ive been working my way through the Main Division SLR images. It is important to me too look at each and every image sent in. This is going to take some time. I will also say, some of the images are absolutely JAW DROPPING CRAZY.
beautiful shots
Very nice shots Michael, in any case you always manage to find the most beautiful models… Is that an airplane in the background of the second shot?
Hi Michael, great shots, like them…
what exactly do you mean by quality models?
Yeah more and more I am thinking the camera is all about the ISO performance which to me means I need a 5D 😉
Hey Michael. I have since added a 60D and a 70-200 2.8 II to my collection since I got my T2I. LOVE the 60D. Would love to see your video.
