It is tornado season in many parts of the United States and late April early May brought some very strong storms. A security camera overlooking a playground at St. Luke United Methodist Church in Tupelo Mississippi captured some terrifying footage of the destruction. The level EF4 tornado obliterated the area with winds close to 200 MPH.

Luckily there was no death toll in Tupelo however this string of storms has killed 16 and left hundreds injured. The destruction could take years to repair and the Salvation Army is there helping the community and providing food, water, and support.
