Photographer Greg Miller is used to shooting with his 8 X 10 camera to take his pictures. Being mystified by the extreme weather he's been experiencing in Connecticut he was about to do like a lot of us and just snap a picture from the window. Then he noticed perfect little snowflakes landing near him. He discovered using his iPhone and his daughter's jeweler's loupe proved to make the best images. They came out looking aged and dreamlike with soft edges. He found himself caught up in the experience for hours, which tends to happen when you get inspired.
