After experiencing the attacks of September 11th while living in New York, photographer Christopher Boffoli decided to pursue his creative goals full time. With a background as a writer, videographer, and photographer Boffoli has come out with his latest endeavor. He took his inspiration from his childhood in which a tiny person exists in an adult world and the American fascination with food.

His new series is called Big Appetites. He poses tiny figurines against the back drop of different foods and makes them appear to be strange landscapes. It’s a simple idea with big creative payoff’s. The images can be purchased as prints or as a coffee table book online and in stores.
