Day 74 & 75
I learning I probably have more like 2 dozen pictures for my 365 project I haven't posted. Part of the problem is I really only want really interesting images and many of them aren't all that interesting.
I have taken up a new hobby of hiking and do so at least 1-2 a week. There are a few really great trails about 10 minutes from where I live, one trail in particular is nearly straight up, and boy does it destroy me in spite of the fact I am in very, very good shape right now.
I am convinced more than ever that the key to weight loss is simple:
1. Eat smart.
2. Burn 1000 calories in the a.m., burn 1000 calories in the p.m
3. Plan 1-2 cheat meals a week.
If you can do those three things, you will definitely lose weight. I've stopped weighing myself, but know I am losing more weight because my clothes feel more and more loose.
