Had a GREAT shoot this evening for the Canon Speedlite 600 EX-Rt Crash Course Tutorial Video. We have been working at it non-stop since I returned home from Idaho and unless I am mistaken, todays shoot was the last of it. We are looking for a download release next week, but the DVD will not be available until Canon announces the replacement for the 430 EX Speedlite. This will allow us to get the info on the 600 out there, and then update it when the 440EX-RT is released. (We don’t even know if it will be, just seems like it should happen).

I have some notes and reviews coming on the new 600…its really nice- once linked up, rarely misfires (and when it does its a battery issue, not a connection problem). The technique on this is a little tricky because we are shooting into direct sunlight, but the settings were: 1/4000, f2.8 ISO 160. One more for fun! What a great Model Annie is!
