Exercise and problem solving
It seems to me there is a connection between exercise and our ability to problem solve. I will also say that not all exercise is equal in this respect. Over the past few weeks, I have been taking a 20 minute walk after my work outs just to clear my mind, and suddenly I get all these wonderful ideas. This doesnt happen as much as when I weightlift, long distance run or sprint. It has gotten to the point I have been going to the gym to problem solve rather than to work out. Its very strange.....I wonder why or how this happens?
Anyone else ever experience anything like this?
