I had a most enjoyable lunch with Heather Odom yesterday at Logan’s Roadhouse in Tuscaloosa. I was expecting a few more photographers to show, but one is all it takes for me to meet! It’s a good chance to network and answer any questions to help new photographers to the industry.
Heather has a very similar background to me, she was getting a PhD in Pharmacology and decided to go a different route. Trust me I know the feeling.

Thanks for meeting me yesterday! I was so pumped when I left about all the info you gave me. I’ve been playing around today and I’ve got to say, you were right……my life is about to get easier. The AV mode and custom white balance is the ticket!!! I’ve been so busy with other things that I forgot to play with the PS7 to see if the duplicate layer would fix the actions. I’ll be sure and let you know how that turns out. Just let me know when you book a wedding anywhere close and I’m going to try my hardest to make it. I’m sure you’ll hear from me again before then with more questions. LOL Thanks Again for everything!
hey heather! Glad to know it…I realized why the actions arent working…its easy- if for whatever reason the action isnt selected, it wont allow you to play the action…this matches what you were describing- let me know if this fixes it. -M
