The photographer who shot this video was detained for taking pictures of a light rail system (not a subway). Seeing this really ticks me off, as a year or so ago I was given a ticket for essentially the same thing (also by MTA officers). I absolutely cannot stand it when security guards start quoting laws they do not fully understand and infringe on a person's rights. I know there are people out there who disagree with me, but this guy did a great job of knowing his rights and standing his ground:
