I’m not sure of the practicality of this, or even if there’s any cost savings, but it’s effect and it gets one thinking outside the box.

The folks over at GBTimelapse use an old train set to get smooth and flowing images in their timelapse video.

While the video below is short and doesn’t offer a lot details, you get the idea, and I think the larger lesson is to start thinking about things that move as a way to get beautiful fluid motion in your videos.
