Quick Animation About Henry Fox Talbot and Early Photographs
If you're looking for a quick lesson on the earliest days of photography and the motivation behind it this animation video is for you. It was created by SFMoMA for their Photographic Interpretive Center. It tells the story of Henry Fox Talbot.
Apparently Talbot was terrible at drawing and it was limiting his work. At the time, drawing was the only way to describe many scientific observations. Like most great inventions, needs/problems lead to great discoveries.Talbot's inventions and innovations have most certainly changed the world.
