We've probably all seen this selfie that a macaque monkey took while photographer David Slater was visiting an Indonesian national park back in 2011. Now PETA is trying to get the rights (and the money) for themselves. Their claims are pretty outrageous and lawsuit is getting more ridiculous by the day. Disputes of the monkey's identity and gender are in question among other things. It's bringing up a lot of questions about copyright issues for photographers. Check out PetaPixel's article
